Head of Affiliates

Now we are looking for a talented Head of Affiliates to join our team.

Requirements:
— 3+ years experience of running affiliate marketing campaigns for significant online businesses (igaming sector experience is a must);
— Deep understanding of how the igaming industry works;
— Deep understanding of how the igaming partners program works;
— Work experience and understanding the main metrics of online marketing (CPA, CPL, CPM, CPC);
— Level of English Upper Intermediate;
— Experience in searching and working with affiliates in the markets of Europe (Portugal, Turkey, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Germany, Austria, Italy, Canada, etc.) and Asia (Japan, India, etc.);
— High level of communication skills;
— Good analytical abilities and skills to work with large volumes of data;
— The accumulated base and contacts of affiliates in the above GEO.

Responsibilities:
— Development of the company's Affiliate Program;
— Analysis of affiliate programs of competitors, development of new advertising materials for partners and analysis of their conversion;
— Attracting and connecting new affiliates;
— Maintaining effective communication with partners through correspondence;
— Building long-term relationships with partners;
— Regular analysis of attracted traffic;
— Monitoring trends and trends in affiliate marketing.
