Lead Generation Specialist (offline)

Clien: Tech-Azur is a business and technology consulting company based in NY that has been on a market since 2009 and has an established track record of successful business transformations throughout a number of industries. In 2021 we are planning to significantly expand our client portfolio and are looking for bright minds to join our team.

Qualifications:
C-level of English;
1+ years in a Sales function or relevant work experience;
Understanding of Business, Technology, and Consulting;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Demonstrate a passion for learning new things and continuous improvement;
Persistence for turning “NO”s into meetings;
Demonstrate empathy for customers pains and challenges;
Intellectually curious and highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities;
Proficiency in LinkedIn and Sales Navigator;
Love to write emails with a personalized touch;
Experience with a CRM system;
Good time-management skills;

Your Daily Activities Will Include:
Maintaining the contacts and leads database;
Crafting messages and templates that attract attention;
Developing outreach campaigns;
Researching for interesting facts about leads/companies;
Sending 30+ outbound emails/Linkedin messages each day;
Delivering high-quality leads that will convert into clients;
Qualifying leads and setting up meetings;
Achieving and exceeding weekly/monthly metrics (leads created, messages sent, number of meetings, etc.);
Researching how different startups operate, leadership structures, what their pain points are, and the challenges they face every day;
Objection handling and creating nurturing strategies;
Monitoring the market conditions and competitors' conditions.
