Team Lead Node.JS Engineer (offline)

Hello! We, Don't Panic Holding, are looking for Team Lead Node.JS Engineer.

The product is a global mobile ad-tech company, providing services, from playable and interactive ad creation to data-driven user acquisition. It produces targeting algorithms that rely on hundreds of data-points composed of real-time, historical, and post-install user data, and performance-based bidders allow to acquire loyal and engaged users for apps of any category.

Required

● Experience as a Team Lead with proven management experience (2+ years);

● Experience in Back End software development Node.js (4+ years);

● Knowledge of NoSQL and key-value DB’s (e.g MongoDB, Redis);

● Profound experience with AWS;

● Big data experience;

● Understanding of Agile/Scrum;

● Good English skills – Upper-Intermediate.

Nice to have

● Golang experience - a big advantage;

● Aerospike experience - a big advantage.

Your Responsibilities

● Building & Leading a team of experienced Full Stack and Front-End Engineers, providing guidance, and managing the entire production cycle (20% managing the team, 80% coding);

● Leading by example and developing your team members – helping them to grow, adapt, take on more responsibilities and own their share of the product;

● Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies;

● Responsible for team deliveries;

● Responsible (together with the team members) for the Infrastructure platform, its up-time, architecture & scale.
