Project Manager (offline)

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Ability to collect, consolidate and process data from different team members
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Good understanding of project demands
- Strong knowledge of G-Office tools
- Ability to generate ideas and stick to deadlines
- Ability to organize data from multiple sources and present summarized reports
- Willing to setup and automate processes
- Being a fast learner with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work unsupervised, yet also within a team structure
- Being a confident, social person with critical-thinking abilities
- Good organizational and strong self-motivational skills
- Experience in communication to Program Management/Stakeholder level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a standard set of practices, processes, and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project-related risk and costs
- Review workload of team members, maintain JIRA's, and validate team load
- Prepare release documentation, gather release approvals
- Maintain overall project plans, reports, processes, and procedures up to date
- Maintain project program scope with strategic business alignment
- Build credibility and maintain communication at multiple levels
- Prepare and present periodic reports
- Manage customer queries
- Manage cross-functional departments and teams and support all project managers with the day-to-day running of project administrative tasks
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the account
- Provide ad hoc financial management reports based on data aggregation from different data sources
- Provide regular reconciliation of data sources, dictionaries maintenance, data cross-checking
- Define, improve, and implement data management procedures
- Provide RAG status to Client's Senior Management
- Collaborate with technical staff
