Senior QA Automation (Java)

We are looking for a solid QA Auto Engineer to run the strategy of automation testing on the Gambling Gaming Platform from scratch. It maintains 10M transactions per day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
∙ Write, execute automated test cases for feature and regression testing;
∙ Turn manual QA tests into automated regression tests;
∙ Analyze results for automated regression tests;
∙ Define test methodology and detailed test plans based on the features;
∙ Participate in process improvement activities to ensure a more robust test suite across projects;
∙ Work on a project that utilizes Java stack.

EXPECTED SKILLS
∙ Good understanding of software development processes;
∙ Strong knowledge of software testing processes, various software testing techniques and methods;
∙ Experience in writing test documentation: test cases, checklists, bug reports, testing plans, and strategies;
∙ Experience in the usage of management/tracking systems, e.g. we use Gitlab, JIRA, Confluence;
∙ Experience in a Linux development environment;
∙ Experience in virtualization environments such as Docker;
∙ Solid understanding of OOP;
∙ Experience with unit testing, business layer testing, and system integration testing;
∙ Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

WOULD BE A PLUS
∙ Experience with Performance testing;
∙ Experience with CI /CD tools like Jenkins;
∙ Experience in testing large scale complex applications.
