Middle Project Manager

Requirements:
• 2 years+ experience as Project Manager
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (and be able to explain it to clients)
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Find decisions to non-standard tasks
• Able to hold a literate communication with a client
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• English language level should be at least Upper-Intermediate

Will be a plus:
• University graduate (preferably in Computer Sciences or a related tech field)
• PMI/PMP certification

Responsibilities:
• Work with requirements from the customer’s side
• Create project plans and estimations (pre-sale or during the project)
• Make an analysis of possible risks and manage them
• Facilitate working process in teams
• Pay attention to resource planning when needed
• Always pay attention to the project’s pulse
• Create workflows and documents
