IT Business Analyst (e-commerce) (offline)

Обязанности:
-Анализ бизнес-процессов, выявление требований и потребностей, анализ конкурентов;
-Производить постановку задач разработчикам и описание их в Jira
-Контролировать выполнение требований от исполнителей/тестировщиков в указанные сроки и проводить приемку решения
-Актуализировать документации и методики действующих бизнес-процессов
-Участие в работе проектной команды (разработка и внедрение): организация тестирования функционала, поддержка отладки внедрения изменений, доработка бизнес-процессов, разработка запрашиваемых функций и отчетов; предоставление инструкций и организация обучения
Необходимые навыки(Требования):
-Опыт работы бизнес аналитиком – от 2х лет в направлении e-commerce;
-Опыт анализа, моделирования, оптимизации бизнес-процессов, написания спецификаций (технических заданий) на разработку программного обеспечения.
-Будет преимуществом: опыт работы в продуктовой команде (рынок и анализ конкурентов, ЦА, метрики продукта, формирование и проверка гипотез, a/b тестирование, работа с командой: UI/UX, разработка, QA, Support и т.д.)
