SEO Specialist (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies
Conduct keyword research to create technical tasks for copywriters
Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
Optimize website content, landing pages
Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
Collect data and report on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
Work with social media and PPC managers to optimize campaigns
SEO activities media budget planning
Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
Co-create content ideas based on semantic research and clustering
Collaborate effectively with Marketing Manager, Performance Marketer, Developers, freelance Content Writers, Designers, etc.
Identify opportunities to increase website traffic and leads generation

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of proven experience as SEO Manager, SEM Manager, or similar role
Advanced English
Knowledge of the best SEO practices
SEO reporting and organizational abilities
Familiarity with relevant SEO tools and web analytics tools
Excellent communication skills
Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
A relentless commitment to success and quantifiable results
Self-motivation and ability to build processes from the ground and up

AS A PLUS
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Basic video production and graphic design experience is a plus
Passion for other marketing technologies beyond the SEO
BSc/BA in Marketing
Experience with Start-up product promotion on European and USA market
Experience with B2B product promotion
