System Analyst (offline)

Now we are looking for a System Analyst for the group of products in different niches, but with one stack.

System analyst is responsible for analysis and preparation of detailed functional specification for requirements. This job includes clarification of requirements with business, preparation of functional specifications in cooperation with business and development as well as providing support to development and test departments.

Required Skills:
— 2+ years of experience in system or business analysis;
— Experience with typical integration patterns via DB, API, standard protocols (REST);
— Higher education in computer science;
— Strong analytical and system thinking skills;
— Problem-solving, attention to details and result-oriented mindset;
— Excellent communication, negotiation, meeting facilitation skills, resolving conflicts;
— Self-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities simultaneously;
— English — upper-intermediate level.

Desired skills:
— Technical background;
— Working with non-functional requirements;
— Understanding of modern architectural approaches.

Responsibilities:
— Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify system requirements;
— Identify alignments and gaps between end user requirements and system capabilities;
— Prepare the technical design for developers according to internal methodology;
— Explore integration points with external systems and help dev team with integration;
— Review key technical decisions from whole system perspective;
— Collaborate with dev teams to understand architecture implications for business decisions;
— Gather the feedback on implemented solutions and analyze results;
— Perform verification of implemented solution.
