Project Manager (offline)

FAVBET supports professional athletes and amateurs, sponsors teams in the Premier Leagues and regional championships. Outside of sports, it develops the social component of the entertainment market. FAVBET invests in the fight against gambling addiction, helps players cope with crisis situations, monitors age restrictions for players.

You will:
— Take full PM responsibility for the project. This includes managing requirements gathering, estimates, scope, schedule, costs, communication, quality, stakeholders expectations, and client satisfaction;
— People management on your project(s), shared with functional Lead;
— Risk management on the projects, incl. working with change requests and managing priorities;
— Be proactive and constructively proposing company’s processes improvements;
— Directly communicate with Clients and Partners (incl. requirements gathering, demo, progress reports, retrospectives, etc.);
— Work with change requests, manage priorities for the project’s tasks;
— Project’s reporting (documentation, reporting, performance monitoring).

Skills to shine:
— 2+ years of solid experience in IT project management;
— English (Intermediate+);
— Experience with Agile methodologies;
— Experience with risk management;
— Project management experience from scratch;
— Excellent communication skills;
— Business ethical attitude;
— Analytical mindset;
— Ability to make and own your decisions;
— Experience working with Client directly;
— Able to work in a fast-paced environment with team members located in different time zones and locations.
