Remotal is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to execute and develop our sales strategy for the Eastern Europe Market.

— at least 3 years of sales experience in IT company (outsourcing/outstaffing)
— understanding of software development industry
— Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
— Strong entrepreneurial-thinking
— Experience in finding clients through sales channels such as Upwork, YouTeam, Toptal, Fiver, LinkedIn, etc.
— Fluent advanced English, both written and spoken
— Experience in building Sales funnels and pipelines
— Experience working with CRM platform
— Higher education
— Excellent communication and organizational skills

Would be a plus:
— Education in the software development field
— Presentation skills
— 2nd foreign language
