Junior contract coordinator (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Drafting and proofreading of contracts and agreements
• Processing client contracts and other types of commercial and non-commercial documentation through internal systems and serving as a coordination point for Account and Delivery teams for any questions.
• Update and maintain files in the contract management systems in a timely manner for internal communication, tracking and reporting purposes
• Ensure that all contracts and agreements accurately reflect the agreed commercial terms and are fit for purpose
• Provide regular updates/reporting to management, regional legal councels, and internal stakeholders (as necessary) about the progress of contract status and key issues related thereto
• Contribute to problem-solving and mitigating contractual issues
• Special projects as assigned by direct and line management

Mandatory Skills:
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Proficiency in written communication
• Legal background
• Intermediate MS Office experience (Excel, Word and Power Point)
• 1+ year of contract administration or equivalent experience required, but not a must

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong organization skills, critical thinking, curiosity, and problem solving.
• Ability to work under pressure, capability of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines
