NOC Engineer (offline)

We're looking for someone with:
• Excellent PC skills and good technical background in general.
• Networking (OSI model, TCP\IP, basic protocols, etc.);
• At least intermediate knowledge in one of the scripting languages: BASH, PowerShell, etc.;
• Linux (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS) experience;
• Intermediate English+.

Will be a plus:
• Experience in Tech.Support/QA/Sysadmin about more than 1 year;
• AWS/Azure/GCP experience;
• Jenkins/Ansible;
• OpenStack/VMware/KVM;
• Apache, Nginx;
• GitHub/GitLab.

What you will be doing:
• Customer infrastructure support: Linux Servers, network equipment (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link).
• Troubleshooting and incidents resolving using a large amount of monitoring and T-shooting tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, The Dude, etc.)
• Providing incidents brief-reports.
• Recommending, and implementing solutions to ensure quality, timely, and efficient infrastructure maintenance.
• Creation of documents associated with the company’s best practices for debugging and analyzing internal and external infrastructure issues.
• Working effectively with developers, DevOps, QA, and implementing strategies to increase profitability, productivity, and overall client experience.
