Tech\Team Lead QA (offline)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Adhere and optimise standards and processes in the team;
- Execute test and report;
- Analyze software and standards requirements;
- Estimate testing effort;
- Analyse current test cases to define automation scope;
- Run automated tests and analyze results;
- Teach and evolve QA engineers, facilitate experience sharing

REQUIREMENTS:

- 4+ years of experience in QA
- 1+ years of experience as QA Lead (at least 5 subordinates)
- Good understanding of software testing theory and methodologies;
- Ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using well-planned approaches
- Ability to improve existing testing procedures;
- Knowledge and experience in measuring coverage and efficiency of QA processes
- Strong test analysis, preparation, and planning skills;
- Experience in creating different kinds of test documentation;
- Strong knowledge of different design techniques, testing methods, and types;
- Knowledge and skills in requirements testing;
- Proven record of cross-platform mobile testing;
- Experience with test case management software (TestRail)
- At least an Intermediate level of English
