Senior BA (offline)

The projects are technically challenging in an environment that is very engaging.

Multi-year program in Financial Markets Data domain, with challenging data processing requirements in order to deliver timely and best quality data to the clients across the globe.

The BA will work with the product and technical teams to identify the product, upstream and downstream requirements, and the work required to bring the product requirements to life.

Stakeholders are both the product team interfacing with the clients, and a team of engineers and technical BAs, working in an Agile environment (Scrum Teams). Stakeholders are global-wide distributed. Development teams are based in the EU and US.
Responsibilities:
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, document, validate requirements;
Be proactive and foresee project perspective from a business point of view;
Proactively engage with stakeholders, conduct and drive workshops to discover, elicit and prioritize requirements;
Maintain the product roadmaps with the product team. Be responsible for the overall product quality from a business user perspective;
Structure complex requirements - from Capability, MBI to Feature level. So that the technical team BA can turn those into Epics and Stories in Jira. Communicate the requirements to obtain product management's sign-off;
Maintain the requirements. Version control, track changes, ensure alignment of technical requirements with the product and solution requirements - as changes are made to the latter;
Drive the product/feature/changes demos for stakeholders, clients included;
Expedia the requirements during implementation. Consult technical team's BA, Developers, and QA on the implementation pat
Mandatory Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in banking, trading, or financial services;
Excellent communication skills in English - verbal and written. Be able to engage well with sponsors and high-ranked business stakeholders, act in a face-paced business, and handle expectations of the challenging stakeholders;
Be a pro-active, self-running, and adoptive person with the ability to handle multiple streams;
Experience in Agile/SCRUM Agile methodologies as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master; Experience working in Global Teams;
Be familiar with requirement elicitation techniques e.g. workshops, interviewing and etc. ;
Be able to thoroughly document the results of the analysis to effectively represent business requirements;
