Junior IT Business Analyst (offline)

Required skills and qualifications:

— 1+ years in Business (System) Analyst role;
— Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies;
— Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: SRS, backlog in the form of user stories and use cases;
— Experience in modeling via BPMN, UML;
— Experience in pre-sales/discovery activities;
— Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle;
— Practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirements management tools;
— Solid knowledge of business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities;
— Understanding of IT industry and software development;
— Hands-on experience with MS Visio or similar diagramming software, MS Outlook, Word and Excel;
— Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of the organization;
— Strong analytical and self-management skills;
— Intermediate oral and written English;

Job responsibilities:

- Work as a System/Business analyst by the implementation of the
improvements in the Kyivstar work system.
