Core Infrastructure Administrator (Microsoft Stack) (offline) $1000-3000

Atlas Technica is a next-generation MSP for hedge fund / alternative investment vertical. Founded in New York in 2016 and rapidly growing (twice a year) all along the way. These days comprises 50+ engineers and 4 established offices in NY, LA, Boston and London. We are opening the 5th one in Kyiv now and looking for an experienced Core Infrastructure Engineer to stand in the roots of building a new NOC department.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
— Resolve alert tickets and assist any escalations for other departments.
— Design monitors to look for problem conditions in customer environments.
— Communicate with vendors and customers as a point of contact.
— Design scripts to address faults automatically.
— Recommend and improve processes to drive better outcomes.


PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:
— 5-10 years of general IT experience (server & infrastructure / networking / desktop support)
— Microsoft Windows Server (All feature roles, including physical server support)
— E-Mail Technologies (General Mail Flow Troubleshooting, Archiving, Retention, Compliance)
— Networking & Security
          • Strong Comprehension of network protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
          • Strong Diagnostic toolkit in Layer 1-3 functionality
          • Cybersecurity – Firewalls, Antivirus, Defense-in-Depth
          • Network Vendors – e.g. Palo Alto, Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti
— Familiarity with RMM Tools — e.g. ConnectWise, SolarWinds, Nagios, CloudWatch, Zabbix
— Scripting — e.g. PowerShell, Azure Functions
— Englіsh – strong intermediate+

— Identity Management, Authorization, and Security (e.g. Azure AD, Okta)
— EMM/MDM tools (e. g. InTune, AirWatch)
