Business Analyst (offline)

Who are we looking for and why?
We are looking for a self-driven and system thinking Business Analyst who might have thought about growing up into Business Solutions / Enterprise Architect in the future.
We deal with ambitious people from across the globe, who want to impact the way people in their countries use to transfer money and pay for goods and services. Every region, every market has its own set of peculiarities, so we have to develop often very different schemes of implementation. That’s why this position opens a lot of opportunities to gain more profound and versatile expertise whilst diving deeper into the world of fintech.
Does this relate to you?
— at least 3 years of working experience as a Business Analyst, strong skills in descriptive work and structuring business requirements, knowledge of analysis techniques, knowledge of modeling notations (UML, BPMN), etc.
— technical background (knowledge of the basics of programming, testing algorithms, the ability to read and work with technical documentation)
— background related to finance, banking, fintech, or loyalty programs
— strong facilitation and presentation skills
— good spoken and excellent written English
What is the purpose of this position?
You will join the Product team. For faster onboarding, you will be involved in the revisions of basic documentation, supervision of the core product development, and some pre-sale activities. After 3 months of successful cooperation, you may get involved in new clients onboarding with a chance for business trips abroad.
Your daily routine will most probably include:
— structuring and improvement of technical documentation, keeping it up-to-date
— customers interviewing to evaluate projects purposes and scope
— challenging and improving the existing analysis processes
