People Manager (offline)
This job might be a good fit for you if you have:
- 1+ years of work experience as an HR/People manager in the IT field
- Practical experience focused on making teams happy and productive

- Strong verbal and written communication skills;

- Detail-oriented approach and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to operate independently and drive issues toward completion
- Psychological education (will be a big plus)
- English: Intermediate or above
What you'll do:
- Perform all procedures related to employees’ onboarding, retention, satisfaction, professional growth, and rotations
- Assistance with the main activities within the HR department
- Close interactions with teams and managers for solving issues with people development, weak points, and potential solutions
- Planning and performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture
- Develop strategies to grow our employer brand that leverage social media, career sites, networks, professional sites
