Middle/Senior Recruiter (offline)

Required skills:
- At least 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT industry;
- Strong experience in closing IT positions;
- Understanding of the newest and most successful sourcing tools and strategies;
- Solid research/sourcing skills with the ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill positions;
- Experience in writing attractive and meaningful pitches/job descriptions etc.;
- Ability to conduct the full-cycle recruitment process;
- Self-driven and proactive person with analytical mindset;
- Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
- Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates by using variety of hunting and recruiting tools;
- Take an active part in the implementation and optimization of the recruitment process;
- Search for new channels to attract applicants;
- Collaboration with recruitment agencies;
- Assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes;
- Coordinate all interview stages (technical, project and customer interviews).
