Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience developing technical documentation for enterprise software users, system administrators, and other technical audience
SDLC and BA knowledge on every phase of software development
Experience with requirements elicitation technics, ability to identify business needs
Experience with Vision and Scope creation, ability to use business process modeling tools
Understanding of Structured Conversation Framework
Experience with Requirements Management
Experience with Presale activity
Ability to create Wireframes, Screen Mockups
At least Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders starting from the Presale stage
Help with requirements elicitation and requirements management
Ensure data completeness through monitoring and alerting (Creation of SQL alerts), including data collection, configuration, and monitoring
Collaborate directly with software engineering and product teams to understand the features and operating procedure of product and processes
Record requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents
Perform requirements analysis
Participate in the design and development meetings
Be responsible for the management of the Periscope Tool
Recommend solutions and improvements
Participate in technical meetings
Ensure that documentation is updated for each product release.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the team. Here is a project we are working on:
The investing company which focus on investing to Amazon FBA companies. At this moment, we have more than 30 brands and >$1mm ARR. We are growing fast and need to make right decisions based on insights from our data. At this moment we’re hiring people to our Analytics Team and will be happy to work with you
Team quantity on the project:
- 4 people from our side
- total analytics team: 8 people
- total data engineers team: 15 people
Technology stack on the project: Postgresql, SQL, Python, AWS SageMaker, AWS, Periscope
Customer Location: the USA
