Project Manager (offline)

Project Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join BCM Transformation team to support and run various transformation/ integration activities within BCM LoB

Responsibilities:
Working with internal management/ supporting Senior and Executive stakeholders on their transformation journey
Running different projects in parallel
Prepare transformation roadmap and identify key milestones
Setting-up governance framework and mobilize required workstreams
Engage with different stakeholders, define outcomes and track progress
Prioritize work, highlight risks and issues, identify dependencies and manage stakeholders expectations
Prepare various reports for Executive management on regular and ad-hoc basis

Mandatory Skills:
- Project Management/ Change management experience
- Analytical Skills
- Ability to work with stakeholders on all levels (Senior & Executive) on high visible tasks with tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize work, identify risks and manage stakeholders expectations
- Strong motivation, willingness to overwork consistently
- Understanding of coordination principles
- Distinct ability to work independently, though being flexible to work under supervision / in teams Business Analysis
- Multi-tasking
- Proficiency in excel and power point
- Perfect English
