IT Support Specialist (offline)

Job Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end-users.
- Consulting and support of end-users;
- Development and administering of IT infrastructure (network, peripheral devices, working places);
- Fast diagnostics and fixing of office hardware problems;
- Communications with IT service providers (Internet, IP telephony, Software and Hardware purchasing);
- Administering of LAN;
- Interaction with a distributed IT team in other location;
- Fast switching from task to task;
- Inventorization of all IT assets and services.

Requirements
- HelpDesk/Support position experience not less than 2 years;
- English - Intermediate and higher;
- Experience of administering Windows 10, macOS;
- Experience of administering AD, Windows servers, *NIX;
- Understanding of the principles of network protocols, routing;
- Experience or basic knowledge of CCTV Systems;
- Understanding of ITIL and ITSM;
Will be a plus:
- Higher or incomplete higher education in IT;
- Experience of MDM administering.
