.NET Team/Tech Lead (offline)

We're looking for an experienced .NET team/tech lead to participate in the project, which is getting to our partner. It is an outstaff position on our partner's project.

Key responsibilities:
● At the beginning of the project will be focused on designing architecture and development.
● Developing code and conducting code reviews.
● Oversees the team's day-to-day operations and fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
● Providing technical guidance and mentorship.
● Coordinating project assignments.
● Help manage team priorities and deadlines, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
● The Tech/Team Lead is a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, facilitating communication, managing expectations, and driving alignment with project goals and objectives.

Key requirements:
● Technical Proficiency: minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development, proficiency in .NET Core, Angular 5+, MS SQL, Bitbucket/Git, and Azure, DevOps experience, as maybe the project will be hosted on-premise.
● Language Skills: English proficiency at an upper intermediate level is required.
● Strong people management and communication skills.
● Ability to manage team and team dynamics.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach are required.
