Email Marketing specialist is needed to implement a customer retention agenda for an iGaming business. Your major responsibility is the timely delivery offers to certain groups of customers via right channels to get the best out of database management opportunities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Taking part in defining Retention strategy and its implementation;
• Developing o communication plan across customers’ lifecycle stages;
• Survey and analysis of the customer base;
• Delivery personalized and targeted campaigns to right customers and groups of customers via suitable channels (email, push broadcasts, SMS est.);
• Cooperation with Marketing and Product teams for agreed actions;
• Identify relevant segments of the customer database and work with them;
• Identify opportunities or insights regarding offers delivery;
• Increase the profitability of product promotions through research, planning and execution;
• Monitor and improve conversions throughout the customer journey.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a email marketing position;
• Experience with customer.io is a plus;
• Proven track record in running multi-channel campaigns based on an understanding of the customers’ habits, needs and preferences;
• Analytical skills;
• Putting the customers at the center of every decision you take;
• Sense of responsibility and self-discipline;
• Attention to details;
• Proactivity and ability to collaborate;
• Flexibility and ability to face challenges creatively.
