Junior/Middle Business Analyst (offline)

Role description:
Viseven is looking for a Business Analyst who will help our Liaison Managers in processing requests from clients and bridge the technical gap between LM and Production teams.
In this role Business Analyst clarifies and harmonizes requirements for incoming requests and formalizes them making sure they are complete, consistent and understandable for production teams.
• Initial analysis of the incoming requests (primarily medium and high complexity), identification of a business need, primary decomposition and classification of requirements.
• Elaboration on requirements with Liaison and Channel Managers, clarification and formalization requirements for production.
• Verifying available materials for completeness and consistency.
• Modeling requirements in the system, creating storyboards for Web and IVA requests.
• Identifying potential technical risks, investigating issues and technical questions, suggesting solutions.
• Keeping track of the requests’ execution, maintaining tasks in Jira and coordinating the respective teams (if requested by LM and on his/her behalf).
• Reviewing and verifying developed functionality (for complex cases) according to agreed requirements before delivering to the client.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Good analytical skills, experience in requirements analysis and formalization;
• Solid understanding of principles and involved technologies of Web development;
• Understanding of principles of Agile development;
• Fluency in working with Microsoft Office Products;
• Experience in working with JIRA or other Task-Management system;
• Wireframing/Prototyping tool set;
• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills;
• English from Upper-Intermediate level.

Competitive Advantage:
• Knowledge of Spanish.

Experience with the following tools:
• JIRA, Confluence;
• Office 365;
• HTML5/JS/CSS;
• Prototyping tools (Balsamiq Mockups, InVision\Figma\Adobe XD, Axure RP).
