CS Analyst (offline)

Job summary:
We are looking for a passionate CS Analyst to join our data analysis team. In this role, you will monitor the status of our products and features on a daily basis and perform ad hoc analytic requests to transform data into business decisions.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Monitor and report the performance of products and features deployed to production on a daily basis
- Interact with Release Management and Product teams
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Implement interactive dashboards
- Build out daily, weekly, monthly CS Reporting for the team’s use
- Perform ad hoc analytics requests
- Provide result interpretations


Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced analytical skills and expertise
- Good written and spoken English
- Undergraduate degree in math, finance, engineering, or other quantitative fields
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Nice to have:
- SQL knowledge
- Demonstrable proficiency with Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, or Looker
- Good knowledge of Statistics, Probability theory
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Athena, Redshift)
- Knowledge of basic Linux commands
- Experience with Python/R
- Docker and NoSQL knowledge, hands-on experience with DataDog, Mixpanel, Kibana
