Senior Automation QA Engineer (JS) (offline)

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working as a QA / Test Automation Engineer (focusing on test automation)
- Good programming skills in more than 1 language (Javascript and Ruby is a bonus)
- Experience with testing Web Applications, Backend Services and APIs
- Experience in performance testing
- Passion for quality, testing and performance
- Ability to hold technical discussions with developers regarding pull requests, testing frameworks, improvements and quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree in Computer Science or similar
- Upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities:
- Help develop, establish, and enforce quality assurance measures and testing standards throughout software development process including bug fixes and enhancements
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our automation test suite
- Contribute to the development of our performance test suite
- Take part in Code Reviews for both QA and Developers
- Analyse and improve Unit Test coverage
- Champion continuous improvement efforts and defect reduction initiatives
- Design test cases for verification and validation of user stories.
- Test new features and verify bug fixes (whitebox & blackbox testing)
- Set up and maintain test environments
- Understand overall security implications of new bugs and features
- Analyze issues brought up by operations and support
- Document, report, and track progress on test platforms
