Business Analyst (offline)

We are looking for a Business Analyst responsible for:
- be a liaison between the technical team and internal business units;
- manage requirements elicitation and documentation, create Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications for use in the level of effort estimation, feature development, and test case development;
- prepare documents, user's manual, description of existing business processes;
- work with the development team to develop and execute plans to test and validate systems/applications and business requirements;
- be accountable for the result of all assigned projects;
- communicate the project status to the top management.


Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a BA / Technical writer role with a software company or bank;
- Knowledge of principles, processes, phases, and roles of application development methodologies;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Skill in understanding and focusing on the client needs;
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise professional manner, tailored to the appropriate audience; including both verbal and written communications;
- Basic Payment Domain knowledge, experience in the functional flow of payment transaction processing is a big plus;
- Upper-intermediate level of English.
