IT Project manager (offline)

Requirements:
— At least 3 years of experience in IT project management and coordination of project teams is a must!
— Ability to set and control tasks;
— Detail-oriented and customer/client-focused;
— Team player with great communication skills;
— Good time-management skills;
— High level of self-organization;
— Ability to multi-task and work on several projects simultaneously;
— Ability to perform project managers activities during Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing phases;
— Experience with task trackers (Jira) and project management software;
— Experience in working with a customer, development of technical specifications according to customer requirements;
— Upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English.

Would be a plus:
— Experience in large companies;
— Previous experience in the gambling industry;
— Understanding of the main programming languages (Back-end, Front-End);
— Experience in building workflow from scratch.

Responsibilities:
— Monitor changing clients needs and proactively offer the right solutions out of the full spectrum of services available;
— Be the customer’s trusted advisor on all elements project;
— Work closely with management to understand the business requirements for the project, develop effective working relationships and ongoing management processes for the project;
— Define project requirements and deliverables, resource requirements, and plan, manage their execution, monitoring and adjustments;
— Estimate and plan projects from start to finish together with a team;
— Manage, monitor and motivate the team;
— Conduct project presentations and compile reports;
— Report project progress/status on a regular basis to the client, perform other duties as required;
— Communication with development teams, DevOps, and the Art department.
