UX/UI Designer (offline)

About the project:

Brand new full-cycle management system for the premier provider of bulk aggregate and logistics services in the Midwest region of USA. The platform provides end-to-end service flow to order, track and pay for bulk aggregate deliveries.

Must:

• 3+ years of experience in web and/or mobile design for business applications (not entertainment);
• Ability to understand customer requests and ask proper clarification questions;
• Ability to think over high-level and low-level UX for various user roles;
• Hands-on experience to break down use cases into steps/screens and alternative routes;
• Familiarity with HIG, Material Design and/or similar guidelines;
• Hands-on experience with Sketch, Figma;
• Experience in creating wireframes/prototypes with any of the collaborative tools like inVision, Zeplin, Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq etc;
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Will be a plus:
• Basic business analysis skills;
• Basic experience with BPMN/UML specifications;
• Experience with Scrum process;
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or other similar tools;
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS markup just to evaluate a complexity of a design implementation;
• Ability to design micro animations.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership over all user interface artifacts of the project;
• Clarify requirements, discuss them with the customer and the engineering team;
• Propose better solutions than in customer’s mockups. Think over state-of-the-art user experience and interface;
• Implement final UI layouts, controls and behavior descriptions for frontend engineers;
• Meet the deadlines;
• Play in the team to mutually improve each other.
