Middle QA Engineer (offline)

Skills required:

— 2.5+ years of professional experience in QA;
— Excellent understanding of software development QA processes - planning, cases, bug tracking;
— Experience with Jenkins;
— Experience with high load testing;
— Knowledge and skills in programming (OOP, knowledge of Java)
— Experience in drafting test documentation (test plans, test cases, etc.)
— Basic knowledge of JavaScript, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch), Jmeter;
— Experience and a strong understanding of cross-browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox, Safari) / cross-platform testing (Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, Linux);
— Experience with cybersecurity tests will be an advantage;
— Ability to learn and master new technologies;
— English: intermediate+
— Experience in testing automatization inventing and development - will be a plus;


Responsibilities:

— Manual testing: projects testing, test documentation conducting, bug-reporting (Jira), general test reports;
— Load testing - launching of existing tests, test results analyzing, creating of new tests (Jmeter);
— Developing and updating the test documentation;
— Pair with developers to help with test automation and test infrastructure;
— Work in cross-functional teams in order to improve the quality of our product;
— Be an active member of the team, suggesting improvements of the processes to increase the quality of the product and performance of the team;
— Root causes analysis of failed tests and reports issues take corrective actions.
