What you’ll do:
• Answer inbound phone leads in a polite, upbeat and friendly manner
• Qualify potential clients and log all information into Salesforce and Call Tracking Software
• Fill out phone screening forms to gather client data (contact info insurance info)
• Upkeep of documentation via Salesforce Software
• Receive and coordinate referrals, obtain authorizations if necessary
• Provide necessary follow up to ensure client’s enrollment has been approved
• Enter administrative information as needed
• Utilize available resources and follow protocol to answer questions, ask qualifying questions and educate callers
What you’ll need:
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English level
• Experience as Customer Support Specialist or other positions requiring communication with Native speakers
• Ability to work from 4/5 pm up to 12/1 am (Ukrainian time)
• Demonstrable ability to own a task and complete it with quality and excellence
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a rapid growth environment
• Experience in, knowledge of or interest in pediatrics, autism, behavioral health or similar field as a plus
