Junior Business analyst (offline)

Basic requirements:
1)English - at least Upper Intermediate level.
2)At least 1 year of experience ot BA or equivalent role in.
3)Basic technical knowledge in IT:
- client-server architecture,
- HTTP protocol,
- API,
- mobile platforms,
- general understanding of popular programming languages and frameworks.
4)General understanding of payment processors.
5)Knowledge of basic techniques of business analysis.
6)Theory knowledge of SDLC.
7)Practical experience in writing software requirements (use cases, user stories).
8)Understanding the principles of software development methodologies:
- SCRUM
- Waterfall
9)K. Wiegers “Software requirements” is a must to read.
10)Good communication skills.
11)Ability to learn quickly.

Will be a plus:
1)Previous experience in outsource company.
2)Work experience in IT (QA, PM, UX etc.).
3)Portfolio of artifacts which were created by you (off course, it shouldn’t consist of information that is under NDA).
4)Finished business analysis courses.
5)Strong knowledge of modelling notations (UML, BPMN) and applying it practically.
6)UI/UX experience (prototyping, design).
7)Experience with Jira.
