Product Consulting IT company is looking for a sales manager to be on the front lines and manage the sales cycle from beginning to end.

We do not have any bullshit tasks, bureaucracy, and official hierarchy. You will work closely with the company CEO, Head of Sales, and Lead Generation Manager.

AS A SALES MANAGER, YOU WILL:
• Make the first contact with a potential client
• Create and maintain customer interest in IT consulting services
• Close deals with “hot” leads
• Manage data for new and prospective clients in a CRM
• Prepare sales pipeline reports and dashboard charts

WHAT’S IMPORTANT FOR US:
• Advanced English verbal and written skills
• 1+ year work experience in sales
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Good time management and analytical skills
• Proficiency in all available search tools (web, social media, etc.)
• Experience with CRM Software
• Knowledge and understanding of sales techniques

• Proven track record in sales

• Ability to prioritize tasks
