Technical Account Manager (offline)

Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in similar position;
— Understanding of adtech ecosystem;
— Knowledge of AMP, Instant Article, WP (including plugins);
— Experience with HTML, CSS, JS, GAM, GTM, GA;
— Understanding of digital advertising terminology (CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, targeting, macros, retargeting);
— Experience in conducting A/B tests;
— Experience in communication with clients;
— Ability to quickly grasp a lot of new information fast;
— Being ready to occasionally operate outside of the working hours;
— Fluent English.

Will be a plus:
- Understanding of digital advertising ecosystem;
- Work experience in similar companies (teaser or advertising networks, banner advertising, e-commerce, SMM, advertising agencies) or in technical support of product companies related to the websites support;
- Experience working with clients.

Responsibilities:
— Supervise the company’s solution integration into the clients' website’s code;
— Support complex integrations and answer difficult technical questions from clients. Collaborate with technical support from clients side;
— Prepare technical documentations, manuals and instructions for Clients and Account Managers;
— Launch, support, supervise and control, troubleshooting of A/B testing;
— Check correctness of new solutions, formats integration;
— Coordination of most difficult troubleshooting, secure business interests and needs within internal functions, such as Product & R&D departments.
