Head of leadgen (offline)

Requirements:
— 1 year+ work experience in IT leadgen, IT Marketing
— Experience in writing chain letters
— Previous Marketing background is preferred
— English: Advanced

You will be responsible for:
— Correct operation of the lead generation outbound process, and for the consistency of each stage,
— Proper reporting for each of the KPIs,
— Analyzing and generating hypotheses to improve the current process.
— Supervising the correct management of contact databases and compliance with the rules for working with CRM.
— Setting tasks for collecting contact databases to date receivers
— Monitoring and provides the necessary bandwidth of channels (Linkedin and email) to fulfill the plan.
