Business Analyst (offline)
Strong knowledge of 3 main languages: Business, Software development & English
Be able to talk to business guys and elicitation of business and functional requirements
Make complicated software development things clear to business persons
Preparation of software requirements specifications
Processes high-level modeling (BPM diagrams)
Database high-level modeling
Design of use cases & user stories
Product mockups design
High level of written and spoken English
Optional: UML, ERD, ITIL
