Technical Product Manager - Core Team Offline
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the role of Product Manager working closely with the cross-functional product team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Experience of leading the implementation of mathematical models and algorithms (together with the team) which helped to achieve the qualitative and quantitative changes in the business;
- Knowledge the basics of Machine Learning;
- Experience working with data analysts and data scientists in one team;
- Ability to work with and analyze lots of data, using both product analytics systems and raw data;
- Experience in running different types of product experiments (including A/B tests) and making product decisions based on its results.
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to find the problem, analyze it and propose the plan of how to solve it.
- Ability to bring any project from problem/idea to release and achieving the desired result.
Will be a plus:
- Experience of working as a data analyst or data scientist;
- Experience of working as a developer;
- Experience in the logistics sphere and logistics products.

Responsibilities:
- Drive product development with a team of experienced engineers and analysts;
- Propose and implement the optimal development process for research tasks;
- Together with the team analyze current core functionality, identify problems and opportunities for optimization;
- Build and manage a product roadmap by your direction based on company goals and priorities, data and user experience.
- Together with the product team members, participate in the development of the vision of new projects/directions.
- Lead the development of a project/feature, from vision to its validation, decomposition, design, testing of an idea, description, elaborating together with the development, estimation, planning, development, release, and iterating to achieve the goals and needed product metrics.
- Define and execute different experiments to achieve the required product metrics.
- Monitor and to be responsible for the product metrics of your direction.
- Work with the development team on a daily basis as a Scrum Product Owner with all the necessary ceremonies.
