- 5+ years of relevant experience in user experience or interaction designer role developing web-based and mobile app solutions with Product Owner responsibilities.
- Demonstrated success of systematic & creative design thinking; creating effective user-centered design solutions (please attach your portfolio along with your application).
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in design, engineering, communication spheres.
- Solid knowledge in user research, usability testing, prototyping, and visual design with the ability to design intuitive user experiences based on product requirements & vision.
- Ability to work independently and proactively with limited supervision to deliver artifacts and solicit feedback in a global team setting.
- Ability & desire to support & coach other UX/UI designers and supervise their work.
- Demonstrated systems thinking ability to solve problems, to understand concepts, and translate them into requirements and screen concepts with the understanding of technical constraints.
- Demonstrated experience to break down and understand a problem, quickly and thoroughly create workflow diagrams, wireframes, design mock-ups and prototypes to effectively conceptualize multiple design directions and new product features.
- Proven ability to create high fidelity designs including detailed interaction flows and visual design mock-ups.
- Shape, maintain & expand existing design systems.
- Excellent Sketch software capabilities, efficiently using symbols and libraries.
- Thrives in a cross-cultural environment with the ability to effectively work with team members & customers around the globe in a virtual environment.
- Excellent communication skills to share and explain insights and results in simple and powerful terms to a variety.
- Passion to embrace and learn new concepts, skills & technologies.
- Strong proficiency in the English language.


- In this fast-paced role, you will translate user needs as well as business & technical requirements into visually appealing, easy-to-use, and engaging designs.
- Leading the team processes of user-centered design thinking throughout the project’s entire lifecycle.
- Supervise and guide and coach junior team members/designers.
- Support product owners with rapid prototyping to help validate design concepts and build UX/UI guidelines while collaborating with the market, development teams, and subject matter experts to improve the user experience.
