This role will Join Enterprise Capability and Adoption team that is focused on the management and organization of intake and adoption of our platform capabilities for product and product engineering use cases.
This position will be managing product and engineering requests, working closely with other stakeholders across organization to ensure that requirements and agreed solutions meet the strategic criteria, as well as supporting development teams in the sizing and costing effort.
Manage the pipeline of incoming requests from across product, proposition and engineering
Review and confirm requirements are complete and fir for purpose with relevant stakeholders
Manage the intake process by working with stakeholders to ensure the right solutions is documented and agreed and can be sized, costed and prioritized
Ensure ongoing alignment with the Enterprise Architecture team to identify new capability demands that are not on the roadmap, to ensure strategic direction is not compromised
Ensure work agreed is scheduled to complete the delivery of E2E use case/solution and formal handover to PMO and Delivery teams take place, with all relevant stakeholders
Support the delivery by ensuring the information captured as part of intake is used to help manage forward planning for resources
Support the forward planning of all requests in annual cycle when required
Support the intake of material changes of work that need to be resized and rescheduled across the development teams
Ensure all relevant stakeholders are actively engaged throughout the process until completion and handover

Deep BA expertise on a program level ( managing several teams and several BA's)
Resourceful and able to extrapolate key understandings from requirements to drive the intake process in the right direction and context

Can work independently with stakeholders and ensure outcome can be reached in a timely manner
Experience to create BA templates and process and selling them to the team
Great experience in managing expectation and delivering to what was promised
At least 7 years of relevant experience, including UML, Modeling and Design skills, expert knowledge of at least one business area, ability to coach and train others
Expected to be able to follow, understand, and enhance a defined software development process
Has expert knowledge in either a wide business knowledge area or multiple smaller areas. Can teach and tutor business concepts to project teams and colleagues, can prepare training materials for a wider audience. On a par with industry SMEs in the area of business specialization. Demonstrates continuous self-education in the area of business specialization
Can play any Business/System Analyst role, typically a senior position. Responsibilities can include Team Lead, Reviewer, Auditor and Technical Trainer
Expected to be self-managing, take full responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project, work without supervision and check his/her own work thoroughly. Expected to have proven experience in evaluating theoretical knowledge and practical (on-the-job) skills and the seniority level of candidates and providing actionable feedback and recommendations on positions/projects matching.
Must be a role model for colleagues, on a par with the best industry standards; creates deliverables in excellent-quality.
Expected to be on a par with the best industry experts in customer relationship skills; participate in phone conferences; be interviewed by customers; be involved in customer workshops and presentations; visit customers without supervision
