We are looking for an IT Help desk Specialist to strengthen our internal IT team.

Responsibilities:
Administer workstations – help employees with office equipment setup and update, conduct IT induction
Install, configure and maintain servers and networks
Oversee system performance and troubleshooting issues
Maintain office equipment – printers, telephone systems etc.
Perform administrative responsibilities, such as tracking usage of office equipment, communication and paperwork work related to cooperation with external providers etc.
Deal with daily requests from internal users and perform other tasks from direct managers
Requirements:
University degree in IT or related sphere (graduate or student from the 3rd year)
Relevant experience will be a big advantage
Good knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian and preferably English
Stress-resistant and client-oriented
