Forte Group has an open position for a Sr QA Salesforce Engineer who will be responsible for developing manual tests for Salesforce projects. You should be both independent and an enthusiastic team player, have strong problem solving and analytical skills and close attention to details.

Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain detailed test cases for software applications within the scope of test strategy, make test artifacts maintainable and traceable to requirements
- Plan and execute manual testing to prove system functionality, verify business and user requirements are met
- Systematically report status, progress, and concerns in a proactive, consistent and accurate manner
- Collaborate with Product Owner to determine requirements are captured correctly
- Work closely with the development team to analyze and resolve defects

Qualifications and Skills:

- 3+ years of experience with manual test scripts for requirement validation, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing
- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand multi-component systems
- Ability to prepare clear and informative reports
- Experience with Salesforce CRM system (object manager, permission sets)
- Experience in creating and maintaining testing documentation
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management
- Intermediate English level or higher
