Project Management Officer (offline)

Project Description:
We are looking for a talented Project Management Officer, who would like to join our team in Kyiv.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project related risk and costs
- Review workload of team members, maintain JIRA's and validate team load
- Prepare release documentation, gather release approvals
- Provide RAG status to Client's Senior Management
- Collaborate with technical staff and SMEs.
Mandatory Skills:
- 2+ years of professional experience (PMO role or Project Management for IT Projects/Administration)
- Ability to collect, consolidate and process data from different team members
- Excellent attention to details, accuracy and analytical mindset
- Data analysis technics
- Experience in communication to Program Management/Stakeholder level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Investment banking is a big advantage
• MSSQL knowledge
• Advanced user of Jira tool
