Job Role:
To work across multiple companies owned by the Director as follows:
Company #1.
You will be responsible for recruiting engineers for the video-chat maintenance platform, Help me Fix across multiple UK trades including Plumbers, Electricians, Handymen, Gas Engineers, etc.
Recruitment channels will be social media and via an advertisement on job sites.
You will also be responsible for on-boarding clients and the tenants of our clients after they have been pre-qualified (inbound).
You will show both engineers, landlord,s and tenants how to use the platform and monitor adoption and customer success as well as performing other duties as and when required by the Director related to Help me Fix.
Company #2.
Credit Controller: To communicate with the accounting teams of our clients and pursue historic invoices.
To find and contact the landlords of our clients and pursue directly for payment when required through the landlord's registry and through social media channels.
To report directly to the Operations Manager and the Director weekly on your progress.
You will also be required to work across other businesses owned or co-owned by the Director as and when required.
Duties will include but not be restricted to: Diary organization, Setting up meetings, Monitoring the director's email inboxes across all businesses and optimizing workflow.
Salary. Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
Full training will be given, however, the successful candidate must have/be:
* Excellent spoken and written English skills
* Strong IT skills including knowledge of common software packages 
* Self-organised and able to work independently without supervision
* Friendly and personable
* Able to be firm when required and make decisions
* Trustworthy as will be dealing with sensitive information
