Digital Media Buyer (offline)

You will be a valued part of the Acquisition Team and will take a lead on developing and executing a comprehensive Media Buying strategy.

You will have an impact on the product, its conversion funnel through a close cooperation with our PMs, designers and other channels’ managers. You will be given a wide room for experimenting with creatives, landing pages, targeting and ad optimization options in order to scale our Social Media ad campaigns and maximize the profit.

🧰 Skills and experience that we’re looking for πŸ‘€

βœ… 3+ years of successful experience in Performance Marketing space with a proven track record
βœ… At leat 1 year of in-depth Facebook Ads experience
βœ… Understanding of media performance by channel and ability to provide clear success measures linked to business objectives
βœ… Knowledge and understanding of user tracking and attribution tools is a must
βœ… Creative spirit capable of developing result-oriented marketing campaigns & creating catchy, engaging, and selling ads
βœ… Comprehensive knowledge of A/B split testing
βœ… Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions; comfort manipulating data in Excel and/or Google Sheets
βœ… Basic understanding of UX, previous experience in LP optimization
βœ… Self-motivated and independent, well-organized, able to do hands-on work and analysis with minimum supervision
βœ… English β€” Intermediate and higher
βœ… The most important things are your mindset, ability to generate and implement ideas, and desire to come up with solutions for the work challenges

πŸ’₯ Develop and execute Social Media Ads strategy for profitable user acquisition growth
πŸ’₯ Build, manage, and scale FB ad campaigns to meet or exceed designated KPIs
πŸ’₯ Suggest and test other traffic sources
πŸ’₯ Run ad campaigns for both product website and mobile app
πŸ’₯ Produce outstanding ad creatives in collaboration with designers and copywriters
πŸ’₯ Take direct ownership of daily and monthly campaign metrics, always looking to squeeze better performance out of the planned budget
πŸ’₯ Generate and test hypotheses, conduct A/B tests to achieve and improve KPIs and gain valuable insights about our target audience through a data-driven approach
