UX/UI designer (offline)

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience with design
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Performing a top-level job designing user interfaces
- Understanding the basic UX principles and how to implement it in the interface
- Skilled at the latest design technology and tools (figma, zeplin...)
- Work side-by-side with UX designer
- Well known design patterns
- Knowledge of how to measure design (AB test, analytics...)
- Proven experience with UI design with a strong portfolio
- Organizational and time-management skills to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding business needs and supports them

Responsibilities:
- Translate strategic direction and UX prototypes into high-quality design solutions within an established brand identity
- Develop interfaces and support existing, execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, animation, and layout
- Use trend intelligence and understanding of the previous and up-to-date business and market to design and execute a specific masterpiece
