Business Analyst (offline)

We are looking for Business Analyst a full time.

Requirements:
- Experience in BA role 2-3 years;
- Experience analyzing, clarifying and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications;
- Experience in using BA tools;
- Deep Understanding of SDLC and agile development processes;
- Strong analytical and system thinking skills, problem-solving mindset, attention to details;
- Experience in Stakeholder management;
- Experience with Jira/Confluence;
- Knowing of the requirements writing techniques;
- Negotiation skills to handle project scope depending on due dates;

Will be a plus:
- Technical/software development background and mindset
- Prototyping would be a plus
- Knowing of UML would be a plus;
- Knowledge of eSports or gaming industry

Responsibilities:
- Perform business analysis and process improvement on project requirements;
- Support the full requirements lifecycle;
- Facilitate communication between the software development team and the business units
- Deep understanding of product functionality from a business and technical perspective
- Analyze market and customers needs;
- Collaborate with Product owner, Designer and Marketing team to create UI/UX for features;
- Backlog management;
- Maintain the project documentation.
