Project Manager (offline)

Must haves:
Experience with resource planning and scheduling in the context of cross-competence teams
Experience with designing, planning and executing Product roadmaps
Experience in implementing process improvements
Experience managing development teams
Experience using Jira, Smartsheet and/or similar project management software
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Strong communicative skills
Highly organized, independent in solving issues, detail oriented.
At least intermediate English

Day-to-day tasks:
Creation and maintenance of project documentation;
Drawing up a project plan;
Timing agreement;
Risk analysis;
Participation in the selection and approval of the project team;
Tasks management;
Determination of the required resources and working environment, their distribution within the team;
Workflow management in the team (configuration, testing, working with requirements);
Organization of team work around the required task;
Tracking the status of the project, the progress of tasks;
Tracking the proper priority of tasks;
Tracking the load of tasks and progress on the tasks of each developer;
Tracking the timing of tasks;
Team motivation;
Creation of a transparent communication environment between all participants in the process;
Tracking the team and customers satisfaction;
Conflict situations resolving;
Communication with the customer, management of his expectations;
Providing the customer with reports on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole;
Presentation to the customer of ready-made solutions, demo versions, prototypes;
Interviewing new team members.
