Business Development Manager (offline)

Required skills:

β€” advanced spoken and written English;
β€” experience in selling IT outsourcing services 1+ year is a must;
β€” experience in direct B2B sales, business development and selling services at C-level is a must;
β€” deep knowledge of IT outsourcing service development;
β€” outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals;
β€” ability to attain targets;
β€” ability to solve complex problems;
β€” patient, methodical, and diligent approach to understanding client challenges;
β€” relationship building and cooperation skills, analytical, planning and organizing skills, creativity, problem-solving skills;
β€” ability to work under pressure;
β€” the high degree of responsibility, strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize needs;
β€” residency in an English speaking country for 1+ year will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

β€” active IT sales in international markets;
β€” lead generation through online research and/or personal networking;
β€” communication with customers, active participation in full sales cycle;
β€” identification of clients’ business needs in software products and services;
β€” drafting of business proposals;
β€” building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them and understanding their needs;
β€” negotiations with international clients;
β€” managing client’s objections;
β€” active use of CRM system.
